Qiu Limin pointed out that the establishment of the Joint Education Institute of the Zhejiang Normal University and University of Kansas, approved by the Ministry of Education of China in April 2023, is an important achievement of long-term sincere and friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two universities. The first meeting of the Joint Management Committee was a major milestone in the development of the College.
