The Teacher Trainee Literacy Enhancement Program is one of the four major programs for undergraduate training in the College, and is also a key link in polishing the foundation of talent training in the College. Educational apprenticeship is a fundamental project of the Teacher Education Enhancement Program and an important initiative to practice the spirit of educators in the new era.
On March 8, all the students of JCE went to Yiwu Public School, a high-end and exquisite international school, to carry out the first educational apprenticeship activity under the leadership of Dean Huang Xiao and relevant teachers, in order to have a more in-depth understanding of the front-line education scene and experience the real campus life and vivid classroom teaching. This internship activity includes two parts: visiting the campus and classroom observation.

The first part of the tour was the visit. In a wow sound of amazement, we followed the principal of Yiwu Public Schools Primary School, Mr. Song, and Ms. Liu Jiuyu to start the tour. The magnificent administrative building, the elegant teaching building, the warm and clean cafeteria, the elegant and modern theater, and the well-equipped sports ground ...... are all impressive. Classroom Observation
The second part of this apprenticeship activity is classroom observation. The first class was taught by Mr. Yu Dong, the deputy school of Yiwu Public Schools, who taught the fourth grade text Cat in the Humanistic Version. Mr. Yu's classroom has a clear primary and secondary structure, is interesting and colorful, has a variety of teaching methods, is good at applying artificial intelligence technology to the classroom, takes the initiative to stimulate students' enthusiasm, is student-centered, and pays attention to soldiers teaching soldiers, has a reasonable teaching schedule, and makes efficient use of time.

The second lesson that the students observed was Determining Positions with Number Pairs (Grade 4, Book 1, Beishi University Edition) taught by Ms. Wang Xiaohuan, the leading math teacher of Yiwu Public Schools. Ms. Wang combined the knowledge of number pairs with real life through a video with logistics as the starting point. Ms. Wang's class was well-structured and well-paced, and she was good at combining classroom knowledge with the fun and cultural aspects of mathematics. At the same time, she actively inspired students to think further while conveying mathematical knowledge, and fully integrated the students' LDA in designing the classroom teaching links.

Experience Sharing
After the wonderful classroom teaching, the two teachers shared their experience of lesson preparation. This allowed our students to fully realize the essence of one minute on the stage, ten years of work off the stage. Mr. Yu Dong shared his classroom design ideas with A Rookie's First Exploration of Academic Classroom. His classroom design consists of three parts: learning plan first, group work and modeling, letting students know the theoretical support and hard work behind an excellent classroom design. Ms. Wang shared her classroom design ideas from five aspects: creating a situation to stimulate inquiry; creating a square diagram to gradually abstract and understand pairs; returning to life and positional games; breaking through the cognitive boundaries and expanding the connotation and extension of pairs; and reviewing and summarizing. The two excellent teachers' experience in lesson preparation not only let the students know the basic links of the lesson, but also helped them to further establish the belief and pursuit of practicing teaching, enjoying teaching and loving students.

Insights from an apprenticeship
While visiting the school, I was inspired to experience the well-organized routine of the students and the philosophy of Yiwu Public Schools to cultivate well-rounded talents.In the two excellent teachers learning classroom teaching, I learned as a future society of the people's teachers, we should pay attention to the study plan first, encourage students to work in small groups, the use of modeling to guide the children to think jumping, and strive to do vivid teaching, the life of the examples introduced into the classroom teaching, so that the teaching comes from life, service! This was my first internship since college, the first time I was called a teacher, the first time I sat at the back of the classroom instead of at a desk and listened to a lesson, which surprised and excited me at the same time. In the classroom, I saw the teacher skillfully use a series of questions to guide students to gradually explore the structure of the article; I saw the teacher combine mathematical knowledge with real life, guiding students to feel the charm of mathematical creativity; I also saw the students' minds collide in group discussions, and they complemented each other in answering the questions to make progress together. Apprenticeship is the beginning of a teacher trainee's teaching career and the beginning of his/her road to growth and success. This time, we went to Yiwu Public School to listen to Mr. Yu Dong teaching the text Cat in language and Ms. Wang Xiaoxin teaching Determining Position by Pairing Numbers in math, which was very rewarding. First of all, Mr. Yu's language is funny and humorous, and he is very comfortable in the classroom. The story of Learning Power Classroom let us know the innovative mode of the classroom. As a teacher trainee, I was honored to come to Yiwu Public Schools for my apprenticeship, which was a very valuable apprenticeship opportunity.
